Tja, viel gibt es auch von meiner Seite eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Auch ich hatte es im Pressemumble vom 04. Januar schon angekündigt, dass ich nicht für die Mitarbeit in einer mittels geschlossener Mailingliste abgeschotteten Pressegruppe zur Verfügung stehe. Es wäre nur inkonsequent, wenn ich nun weiter mitarbeitete, auch wenn die Arbeit im Team bisher sehr angenehm und konstruktiv war.
Ich habe mein Mögliches getan, der Pressegruppe zu mehr Transparenz zu verhelfen, doch die Mehrheit hat sich eben fürs Einigeln entschieden.
Einen hervorragenden Beitrag über die Intransparenz der Pressearbeit auf Bundesebene hat Lena bereits in ihrem Blog veröffentlicht. Diesem schließe ich mich weitestgehend an.
Tatsache ist eben, dass ich in der Presseliste keine reine Arbeitsliste sehen kann (das bisher dort Geschriebene bestätigt das nur nochmals), wie das beispielsweise bei der Lektoratsliste der Fall ist. Aus diesem Grund muss sie offen sein. Mit einer verzögerten Verfügbarmachung der Beiträge hätte ich mich notfalls auch noch abgefunden.
Mir ist klar, dass durch meinen Ausstieg die Wahrscheinlichkeit in Zukunft mehr Transparenz bei der Pressearbeit zu bekommen - im Presseteam erhöht sich nun der Anteil derjenigen im Team, die eine Abschottung bevorzugen - nur noch weiter sinkt, aber dies kann kein Anlass zum Bruch mit grundsätzlichen Prinzipien, die ich in der Politik für notwendig erachte, sein.

PR kann man ja als interessenvertretung, lautmachen der eigenen anliegen, und propaganda, modellieren der oeffentlchen meinung mit allen verfuegbaren mitteln, verstehen. Was meinst du denn mit strategischer PR und warum wird dieses durch eine offene mailingliste verunmoeglicht?

Sollten wir wirklich professionell, also wie die anderen arbeiten? Ich dachte bisher, wir Piraten wollten was ändern.
Ich bin auch mehr als unglücklich darüber, wie sich die SG Presse entwickelt hat (obwohl ich da nicht aktiv bin) und kann den Schritt von Bastian verstehen.
Strategie
Ob ich den Pressebetrieb gestört habe oder nicht, überlasse mal lieber denen, die das wirklich beurteilen können (mangels transparenter Pressegruppe ausschließlich die bisherigen Mitglieder). Die bisherigen Reaktionen bringen mich zu einem anderen Schluss als dein Kommentar. Wobei selbst "Stören" in Form von konstruktiver Kritik nicht in jedem Fall schädlich ist...
Für Piraten ist es doch wohl das Normalste auf der Welt, scheinbar Bewährtes zu hinterfragen und hinter sich zu lassen. Vulgo: eine Partei braucht keine "strategische PR", sondern muss durch Argumente überzeugen.
Insofern wünsche ich ebenfalls einen gesunden Lernwillen ;)
