Was sich die letzten Tage und Wochen in der Piratenpartei abspielt, zeigt leider zu deutlich: die eigenen Prinzipien werden an verschiedenen Stellen mit Füßen getreten, persönliche Fehden werden ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste ausgetragen und der „Umgang“ miteinander verdient diese Bezeichnung nur allzu oft nicht.
Transparenz
In unserem Grundsatzprogramm fordern wir die Transparenz aller politischen Arbeit. Man sollte davon ausgehen, dass diese Forderung gleichsam auch einen eigenen Anspruch an seine eigene Arbeit darstellt. Je nach Gliederungsebene bleibt von diesem Anspruch bei der Piratenpartei jedoch nicht viel übrig. Glücklicherweise ist jedoch noch nicht überall jegliche Hoffnung verloren.
- Der Bezirksvorstand Karlsruhe habt – wie inzwischen jeder erfahren haben sollte – einen erneuten Mitgliedsantrag von Jörg Tauss abgelehnt. Einige Zeit über war völlig unklar, aus welchen Gründen diese Ablehnung erfolgte und ob bzw. in welchem Maße auch der der Landesvorstand Baden-Württembergs seine Bezirkskollegen in eine bestimmte Richtung zu beeinflussen versucht hat. Die beiden Vorstände mussten sich nicht nur einmal bitten lassen, hier Transparenz herzustellen, was jedoch inzwischen passiert ist.
Insofern haben sich die beiden genannten Vorstände aus meiner Sicht ihr Vertrauen wieder zurückerarbeitet. - Ganz anders sieht dies auf Seiten des Bundesvorstands aus. Nicht nur die absolute Intransparenz in Sachen Hausverbot stößt hier mir und diversen Mitpiraten bitter auf. Die Arbeitsweise dieses in Heidenheim gewählten Vorstands ist so unglaublich schlecht nachvollziehbar, wie das bei keinem vorhergehenden Bundesvorstand bisher der Fall war. Dabei sieht man sich stets aus „strategischen“ o.ä. Gründen sogar noch im besten Recht, einfach vieles komplett im Hintergrund zu halten. Nicht nur einen „Shitstorm“ hat es nach solchen Anlässen gegeben, doch gelernt hat man daraus – nichts. Es seien noch ein noch ein paar Stichpunkte angeführt, worum es zum Beispiel geht:

- Definition der „Transparenz“
- Öffentliche Diskussion von Anträgen an den Vorstand
Auch aus diesem Grund empfehle ich dringend, die aktuelle Petition für mehr Transparenz zu unterzeichnen.
Enttäuschung
Nicht wenige Personen haben mich im Verlauf der aktuellen Debatte bodenlos enttäuscht. Es gibt allerdings verschiedene Arten der Enttäuschung, die ich im Folgenden genauer beschreibe:
- Ich kann mich hier nur Jörg Tauss und Andre Martens anschließen: Beiträge, wie sie über Twitter geäußert wurden, und wie sie Tauss auf seinem Blog dokumentiert hat sind absolut unter jeder Würde. Dass sich hieran sogar Mandatsträger beteiligen zeigt einmal mehr, dass in der Partei – und erst Recht in Berlin – so einiges schief läuft! Ich würde wahrscheinlich über mich selbst erschrecken, wenn ich solche Gedanken hätte, doch diese Leute schrecken nicht einmal davor zurück, diese öffentlich im Netz zu verbreiten.
- Auch der Bundesvorstand gibt sich hier alle Mühe, jedes Niveau zu unterbieten. Selbst vom Bundesvorsitzenden, der sicher weiß, dass ich meistens auf seiner Seite stehe, muss man sich persönliche Beleidigungen bieten lassen, sobald man ihn mit unangenehmen Wahrheiten konfrontiert. Vollständig ins Bild passt hier, dass der Bundesvorstand seinerseits auch dem Baden-Württemberger Landesvorstand droht, wie Andre Martens dokumentiert hat. Gleichzeitig ist das natürlich auch noch ein klarer Fall davon, die eigenen Prinzipien zu einfach zu ignorieren, wenn es gerade passend erscheint. Hat doch der Vorstand selbst einen korrekten Umgang unter den Parteimitgliedern gefordert.
- Doch auch Jörg Tauss, dem ebenfalls bewusst ist, dass ich persönlich viel von ihm halte, enttäuscht hier kolossal. Was bisher in Zitaten aus seinen Mails an intriganten und verdrehenden Antworten und Aussagen zu lesen war, reicht für die nächste Zeit dicke, ihn vorerst nicht in die Partei zurückzulassen.
